Borlotti Beans Coppola have a nutty flavour and are a favourite in Italy where they’re used in pasta e fagioli (pasta with beans).They are excellent when cooked with aromatic herbs like rosemary, sage or basil, and make a great addition to tomato-based stews.
Borlotti beans are also used in risotto, casseroles and soup and can be used in Mexican recipes such as refried beans.
